My statement dated 09/12/2013, showed purchases made on my account whilst I was on holiday. I contacted the head office to query these purchase 23/12/2013 and requested feedback on or before the 02/01/2014... No Reponse! I contacted the head office again on the 03/01/2014 to date have not reeived a response. My account has been blocked for all purchases until the investigation is complete. I have had this account for the past 22 years and this is the service received. I am aware that Truworths make these errors and the account numbers are sometimes entered incorrectly. I purchased a pair of boots and my account and the details entered manually and they charged them to another customers account. I noticed this and returned the purchase, so why is it so difficult for head office to track purchases on my account.
