I wish to bring to Musica's attention the horrific service I received from Rosebank branch. A month a go I asked Andile to order a copy of Roger Waters DVD, As i had not heard back and this was to be a Christmas present I callled to find out if the DVD had arrived, I spoke to Julia who offered one excuse after another and even controdicted her shelf in the process. I received a call back from Andile saying they would have to order it today as they had no stock.
WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE WHEN ASKED IN NOVEMBER.
This is bad service but what I can not accept is being to by Julia.
