Hi,
This is my third time to leave Edgars without the shopping as there is nobody to help, not at the counters not at the tills. I needed 2 mac lipstics but at their counter both sales lady were buysy watching how the customer was applying make up completely ignoring me.
As I asked robust blond short haird lady for possibility to just hand me over 2 lipstics, she told me she was busy with the customer and continued to stare at the customer appying make up. No comments, advises or any conversation between two of them to support this. Just plain laziness to open the draw and hand me over lipstics.
This is my third experience with the MAC staff at the same store being unhelpfull and even rude.
Do something about it please.
