My husband bought a necklace and pendant from Browns on 08/09/2013 in Menlyn mall. They did not have stock of the Teddy bear you receive when you purchase an item from Browns. They said they would call us when they have stock, but they did not call. A month later we called and they were extremely rude to my husband saying we must wait for next year's bear. On 16/12/2013 we went to the store requesting the bear and still no stock. But we were reassured by Merinda the shop assistant that they would call within that week with a Bear for us. It has passed a week. What is the point of receiving next year's bear, when we intending on collecting a bear for each year. Are they trying to tell us that our patronage means nothing to them?
