Following up on the teddy bear I was supposed to receive from Browns in Menlyn. I called the store on Sunday 12 January 2014 requesting why I haven't hear back from them. Merinda made the excuse that she took my number down incorrectly and that there is still no stock. On the same day we went to Browns on Brooklyn mall and they gave us the same bear we were supposed to receive from Menlyn, to make up for Menlyns service.
