From Good to Excellent in one week

First Order was placed on Sunday night and only received it on Thursday. Reason: First delay: package could not be sent to post office. On Monday they asked for a physical address. Second delay: Packaged arrived at our stores on Wednesday before 12H00 - I was not informed by either the courier or our stores. Luckily for me there is "parcel tracking".
Second order was placed on Thursday morning and I received it on Friday afternoon before 15H00. What was done differently the second time? I gave them my Cell as contact number and informed our stores that I am expecting a parcel. Not one delay was their fault. Excellent service on there side!! There are going to be two happy kids this weekend.
