Poor client service.
I've bought a pot & pan set for R1400 8 months ago. The set do have 2 years guarantee. (Saying its non stick if there is any problems I can return the set)
After several times of use the non stick is not effective and do not work. I asked someone to return the set to replace for a new one or they should give my money back and Ill buy a different set. I'm working and was not able to return them myself.
The response was the following. "Sorry we do not have stock of these pans & its discontinued due to several faults" for obvious reasons I requested the money back to buy me another different set. The following was the response "unfortunately we will not return your money if you have a problem take it up with head office".
Poor poor poor service. I will go to Game after work and sort this out myself!!!
