On Saturday while busy with the weekly garden duties, our brand new lawn mower packed up on us, I then called this store as the item was bought there and I had the privilege of speaking to mama Agnes. I explained what the issue was and she asked me a few questions and told me the repair place was closed for the holidays and only opening on the 6th, she then asked me to give her some time while she was waiting for the manager who was said to be out at the time. Some time later, she called as promised and asked me to bring the machine and and they would swap it for the display one, when I got there, she even offered to go with me to the section as the sales guy was still busy. for that, I will forever be loyal to your company. I hope she is recognised and rewarded and i also hope many people can learn from her. THANK YOU!
