I booked my lawn mower in for a service. I was told it would take 7-10 working days before I would get it back and they would email me a quote. It's been 9 days now and I still haven't received a quote. Left numerous messages and sent emails, but to no avail. I was told by Dave, this morning, "a quote is the longest part of the process" It's a lawn mower for heavens sake... Mercedes can give me a quote in one day and not for a small job like sharpening blades. I was told to "go somewhere else if you want, they'll probably take longer." Will not use them or buy from them again. Have asked for them to please return the mower back today.
