Delivery is two weeks late!

I'm so disappointed with the service I've received at the hands of [URL Removed] An item I ordered was due to be delivered on 04 March 2013. Two weeks later and I have yet to receive it.

They've never made an effort to contact me with an explanation. I had to take the initiative as to enquire, where I was told there was a shipping delay, and that a new delivery date would be issued. That being 11 March 2013.

That was a week ago and I still have not received it. I sent an email once again several days ago to enquire as to why there was another delay, and have not been responded to. I contacted them via their twitter page and received a phone call on 12 March 2013 where I was told I'd be contacted later that very day with information. No follow up call was ever made.

Now I ask. What am I to do? I'm being ignored when I ask for assistance and no effort is made on their part to inform me of the situation.

Furthermore, the parcel in question is the last of a three part delivery. The first two items namely a CD and a DVD both came in cracked/damaged cases. That is not acceptable for new items!

This was the first and last time I order through Kalahari. I'll be sure to stick to Amazon
