I have been trying to FICA my account for the past 8 months without any success... On the 13th of Dec i had to report my husbands card as (he is the main account holder) the call centre agent then blocked both cards after i specifically asked him to make sure that he blocks the correct card, even after he confirmed that this was corrected it was not. I now even battle to pay my monthly instalment. Could someone PLEASE help me, i have discussed this with a call centre manager and again empty promises!! This is by far the worst service i've had (if not even the store consultants at 3 branches could manage to resolve this - how should i?)
