I bought a short at this store November 2013, only worn it a few times and it torn. Went to the branch yesterday to return it, when the sales lady tells me the area manager must first decide whether it can be return!! How can they have such a policy in place when I paid R299 for a short, that I worn like 4 times??? Unacceptable!
