MY Mom took a fridge in which she was told and I was also told if we paid the full cash price of the fridge withing 3 months it will be converted into a sale agreement, now I have sacrificed and rushed to pay back the fridge withing the negotiated time the New Manager tells us that there was never such I still have to pay an additona R3200 to close off the account, the urgument is that i'm not saying I don't want to pay just that I was given false information over the phone as well as my Mother when she signed the contract who in the right mind would rush to pay off R4300 in 3 months but the initial contract was 36 months if what i'm saying was not told my the Manager also the sales lady who helped with the agreement says there's nothing she can do if the manager says no
