NON DELIVERY OF GOODS AFTER PAYMENT/INCORR DEL

I bought a Kelvinator water dispenser fridge 320L (White), I followed up on 28 Sept 2013 with sales consultant Shirley, she promise to call me back after an hour of no call from her I called again and she request me to speak to the manager Lizzy, who was so unprofessional in her duty as a manageress, she than request my cell number not knowing what my query was. No call back from them for the saturday. I followed up again on 30 Sept 2013 received bad attitude from Lizzy after I told her what I think of her as a manageress. I laid a complain with their head office, ref no received 479566 of which a Virgnia attend to my complain. On the 1st of Oct 2013 a delivery of a WRONG Silver Kelvinator water dispenser fridge 320L was delivered by Tony (driver), when he came with the fridge at my doorstep he realised that the fridge he had is not what i paid for (incorrect colour). He then asked if he can leave the fridge @ my house so that when he brings the correct fridge he will then take the incorrect fridge. No response from head office or the Lewis store in Randfontein. now I am stark with a fridge i didnt order. I feel i was taken for a ride, store selling me a fridge they dont have in stock
