Must say i am very happy that my problem with the air time was solved on the 19th of DECEMBER. We went back to the Douglasdale store and spoke to a new manager on duty by the name of Gavin. What a difference a manager can make to a store. After explaining our problem Gavin was more than happy to fix the problem handed us over to Niaom and the problem was rectified. I would like to say to the owners of Pick and Pay Douglasdale you have a real gem in Gavin.
