For my sins, I went shopping on month end Friday afternoon. STUPID!!! The store was PACKED!!! At least when we got to the till (which suprisingly didn't take too long, despite the long queue), we were greeted with a smile from Alina. Alina and Gavin (Gavin packed the bags) were both cheerful and friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Alina and Gavin for the excellent service! You are both stars!!
