I was shopping at the Pick n' Pay Douglasdale when I realized that they had run out of Chelsea Buns for the day, being disappointed I was about to leave the store and try another brand outside of Pick n' Pay in Douglasdale. When the team saw my disappointment as a customer they asked me to come back in 30 minutes time to ensure that my order was dealt with.
I was amazed at how customer satisfaction was important in the store.
