My gran has been receiving sms's about my grandpa's account that is in arears. #1 my grandpa passed away almost 10 years ago and # 2 he has never had an account with you.
She has been trying to sort this out with you for months, to no avail.
Please can someone competant contact me to sort this soonest or I will take this to social media and create a rather embarresing storm on your Facebook page!
