My wife and I got a dishwasher and upon installing it we found that the tap was leaking horribly. What a let down...(Not knowing what was wrong) I really didn't feel like people digging up the walls of my kitchen to fix this problem. (Not wanting to wait) I remembered the slogan "Buz BEz for the Bezt" and I had the number for Bez plumbing on my fridge! I gave Gavin a call (After hours). he took my call very politely and I explained the scenario I was in.
With no hesitation Gavin started asking questions to eliminate possible problems and I explained to the best of my ability what the "symptoms" was on my side. Gavin (being the qualified expert that he is) immediately recognized what the problem was. He guided me step by step on how to repair this leak. It took only 5 minutes and the leak was fixed 110%! I continued installing our new dishwasher! (My wife thinks I'm a hero! he he)
