My boyfriend purchsed a watch for me today 21/12/13 at watch movement in westwood mall. he brought it home snd immediatly told him to return it as i could get something much better for 1800 rand at a more reputable store. the owners elona refuses to a full refund and insists on a credit note as it is her store policy. what about my rights as a consumer i do not want anything else from her store.
