I have been to Cajees Clearwater mall 4 times for the same problem with my Festina Multifunction watch.
they promised me to send it in (to the manufacturer), the fourth time after getting home I noticed the hands of the watch were loose, I called Clearwater Cajees and spoke to the older gentleman who had given my watch to me earlier, he said and I quote " oh just bring it in and I will fix it for you, I know what the problem is, it will take 10 minutes"
so he 'fixes' the watches in the back while you wait 4 weeks for the "manufacturer' to fix the watch which still is under guarantee, by Festina.
I am sorry but that is a of... my guarantee is running out between me getting there, and having to return it, and having to wait for weeks for a 10 minute fix.
Clearwater Cajees will NEVER see me again.
On the other hand, I went to Key West, my watch was sent in, came back with a report saying 'movement fitted' and so far so good.
