My daughter went missing while we were ice skating. She wondered off looking for me because a lady that accepted her skating shoes told her I had left. I went to coco and asked the ladies at the till to help me. They even lent me a phone coz mine had no network. They also called a security guard who alerted the control oom to check footage. In a matter of 5 minutes, they gave me feedback and I was united with my frightened and confused child. Thanks to the Grove staff. I really appreciate their help.
