I bought Dining Room Suit at Vryheid Branch, sales lady told me the goods will be fetched from Newcastle warehouse, when I contacted Newcastle warehouse they told me that the lady is lying they don't have any info about such goods. I contacted the lady again, this time she told me the goods will be fetched from Pongola and she refused to give me their number.
I insisted to Fikile that they must tell me when they re delivering because I wanted to make sure that I am there, she said they will call me before delivering.
When I came home on Friday I found that used goods were delivered, I tried to call the sales lady to find out why, she said she was not on duty on the day and has been avoiding my calls since then. I called the branch manager who promised (verbally) sort out the issue and promise to deliver the correct goods in January.
