I order covers from them on the 25th of October 2013 because they advert "order today and you will receive your goods before Christmas". When I ordered I paid them in full. I visited the Branch yesterday the sales lady informed me I only will receive this in 2014. nearly two months after my order. She was sorry about this but the Manager was not very helpful or apologise for this. Up to date they never called me to tell me the status of my order if I didn't stop their yesterday I properly will never heard from them or never receive my goods from them. I will never trust them again. this is really bad service.
