Our order was placed and paid for on 11 august 2013. Order number was Wm0389911082013001
The first problem was only relayed to us when we called to enquire - they hadn't ordered enough leather. Then there was a problem with the factory. Then shipment. None of the problems were communicated to us without us prompting investigation into the matter. We have STILL not received our goods or heard fr coricraft at all. To me this is unacceptable customer service. The after sales service is clearly appalling and I shudder to think how they may handle future repairs or queries. I am very disappointed. No problem charging a fortune off money and upfront too! But no delivery or communication or customer relations. Disgusting.
