I went to Video den at around 3pm on the 19/12/13, to hire DVDs i didn't know the procedure as there was no policy by the door. I entered and went straight to the alley to choose some DVDs i wanted, after finishing i went to the counter, and i was asked for my id no, as i was about to give the staff my id no, he then asked if i have an account with them, i said no and he shouted me, asking me who gave me the permission to go and choose the DVDs, i mean how was i supposed to know that i should open an account first, he saw me coming in i greeted him but he didn't say a word about the procedure of the shop, I felt so humiliated, felt stupid cause he shouted in-front of my partner and the other lady standing there.
