Deposit to be refunded

At the beginning of January I signed up for the Free Trial for thirty days of Numetroplay's dvd hire system. Paid the deposit of R149 as requested and ended up with a list of 39 dvd's for them to choose from for delivery to me. During the month I received a total of four dvds and not one really being from what was my first choice. Also most of the dvd's chosen were of old movies and music dvds. Apparently my list was too small to ensure regular deliveries of dvds. Don't get me wrong and I say thank you to Numetroplay for the dvds I did receive but to anyone wanting to subscribe to this service just keep it in mind that you may not receive any of the dvds that you may really want to watch.
However, my anger now is that according to the contract one can cancel the contract before the end of the free trial period and they will then receive their deposit back. I cancelled before end of contract. I have sent emails to Numetroplay as well as sending them via their website, which I'm now unable to access anymore receiving some this site is not available, requesting this refund but nothing has been forthcoming.
PLEASE WILL SOMEBODY AT NUMETRO (PLAY) REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT OF R149.
