I wanted to rent a dvd from Mr. Video in Oak Glen, Bellville in Old Paarl Road as I just live down the road in Ferndale, Brackenfell. I was told by the staff that I wasn't allowed to rent the dvd because I didn't live in Bellville. I asked her if she was serious because surely this was a joke. She said that if a Mr. Video is privately owned then the owner can decide who can rent dvds. This is really unacceptable because there isn't another My Video in my area. What a disappointment. Saying no to business because I don't live in Bellville? What a load of!
