Late Night Video at Meyersdal Mall Shopping Centre with regards to charging fines is ridiculous, we took out a dvd special of R 70 for 7 old dvds for 7 days.By this I forgot which date the dvds were taken out so was unsure when to take them back, I unknowingly took them back 3 days too late and by this discovered by the rude owner that they charge R 70 per day should on late dvds, which to my surprise is an absolute ripp off, to my understanding charging me for an extra week, would make more sense, but per day for old dvds is ridiculous, when my husband decided to pay the fine & for the new dvds, he then decided not too take the new dvds anymore, because of the ripp off fine and wanted a refund on the new dvds, they denied him a refund saying that is as per contract. After a shouting fight with the owner, which to my concern is not proffessional at all...!!! they still didnt allow the refund of the new dvds, saying that it's contract binded. My husband, was fine with paying for the fine as it was our fault, however with the bad attitude he got back, made it a very bitter situation. Not happy at all with their service and will be terminating our contract with them.
