DID NOT RECEIVE RED CARPET VOUCHERS
I am a regular edcon customer for the past few years, my account installments always up to date every month. I did not receive any of the red carpet vouchers that everyone else seems to have got. I even emailed on the website to enquire, but got no response for a week now. I tried calling the call center but no one answers to phone. I will be paying my balance and closing my edgars account due to the bad customer service.
