I arrived 5min early for my 1pm nail appt and was told my nail therapist, portia, would not be long.
It is now 1:40pm & I am still waiting!
Was not offered water or an apology/explination while I waited. Was offered different therapist at 1:15pm, but I specifically booked with portia!
Not impressed with their double booking tactics just to make more money.
Very unprofessional.
