I booked a pedicure and a Pro Polish application at this salon. The lady who applied the pro polish on my nails was extremely unfriendly! The equipment that she used on me was used on other people as well! The nail buffer and file was disgusting! She did not apply the polish perfectly, and when I told her she didn't even paint my whole nail, she seemed angry at me, and kept piling on more and more layers of gel, making the gel very thick on my nail. The UV oven was very dirty inside! I was taken to the back for a pedi, sitting in a dark area that looked like a kitchen! The polish painted on my toes looked like it was done by a child. The towels in this place was absolutely revolting. The gel on my nails were meant to last 2 weeks, it lasted 2 days, I had to remove it myself, as it looked to unprofessional and I cannot go to work like that. I phoned the manager 3 times at the store, she promised to get back to me every time, but she never did. So much for following up with an unhappy customer. I want my money back, as I did NOT get ANY value for what I paid for. I'm extremely unimpressed and I will NEVER return to this dirty salon. I'm an ex therapist, I know standards.
