Lack of communication and Bad attitude

It has been a week since I have asked for a turquoise linen shorts in a size 34 to be located for me -certain brand name (Kumaro)
I purchased the purple one and came back for the colour in question. naturally as I work in Cape Town Mr Price is just outside my office building. On the Tuesday morning when I went back to the store I was told that the Canal Walk branch has the colour and size I am looking for. I have given the sales assistant my contact details to contact me to tell me whether Canal Walk has set aside the item. I went to Canal Walk on the Tuesday evening to collect my item and not one of the staff had the faintest idea what I was talking about and referring to. They told me to go back to Adderly street and was told they would help me further. Like a puppet I went all the way back to Adderly street and told the store manager about my terrible experience in both stores - She too has taken my number to contact me with another colour. Today is Friday and not one of the staff at Mr Price has made an effort to contact me. I was in the store again today and the service at the tills were shocking. Your customer service and you need to get back your cutstomers
