On the 02 November my wife and I stepped into your Canal Walk store in Century City. Upon entering the store we received a warm welcome by staff by merely just acknowledging us. We were left to browse a bit and after a few minutes we were approached by a gentleman whom asked us if we needed assistants. We then explained to him that we have purchased a particular Denim Jeans at another branch and that we wish to change it for a smaller size. He then started his search for this particular item in a smaller size. Unfortunately he could not find it on the floor and asked a fellow colleague whether he knows if they have the jeans in store. He replied there might be some at the back. He then took the jeans with him and with no luck he came back to us to advise they do not have this Item, but he did not just leave it at that, he came out with an alternative item with many ideas. We explained that, we appreciated the fact that his giving alternatives but we needed the exact same item just in a smaller size as it was a present for a teenager. ONCE AGAIN he did not leave it at that. He then told us that he will check on the system to see which branch closest to us has that Item in store.
