I came into your store (Canal Walk) this evening at 19h50 and purchased a prepackaged computer desk, the gentleman assured me that everything was inside. I paid, signed the terms and conditions and drove home. Upon opening the packaging, it was clear that all the screws were missing as well as the keyboard tray. I got back in my car, drove back to your store and was told that it was the last one in stock.
I queried with the manager whether they would reimburse for parking, I was told no. I then asked the manager if that's how unimportant their customers are - blank look. I took my refund and left whilst your staff had a good laugh.
This is poor, unbelievably poor.
