I am absolutely appauled by the service from your NEW store in Toti (Natal).
I ordered 2 items to be delivered (paying R250 for this SERVICE), and after being told by the salesman that they can only do earliest Thursday DELIVERY, I made arrangements for someone to be at home the entire day to take delivery, when I called for an ETA I was told it was only colleccted from the store today so I will only get it sometime tomorrow. When I explained that this was NOT what I paid for, I got attitude from Cindy the despatch person that "She only got the instructions" today and that it was getting delivered tomorrow! THis blows my mind!
Your store has inconvieniced me as not only did someone have to waist time and money sitting around at home waiting for this, now Im expected to do the same tomorrow. This is really pathetic service from a NEW store that should be trying to gain customers not loose them. I could have got these delivery on Tuesday from another store but I went with yours, to which i am regretting!
I am still waiting for a call back.
