I ordered a couple of items from [URL Removed] in the beginning of December 2013. Following numerous follow up calls, i was then informed that they dont have all the items in stock. I have just heard that they are expecting to deliver the products on 6 January 2014. That is more than a month after the order was placed! That means that they have been earning intrest on my money for a month and i dont have a thing to show for it!
1. How do you advertise something (and accept payment for it) when you dont have any stock?
2. Well done on stuffing up someones Christmas!
Think twice before placing an order with [URL Removed] Their customer service is pathetic!
