Unbecoming n rude, driving customers away

Went to pick'n pay I purchased items worth R5000 the day before, the service was very poor, I was sent from pillar to post and as a result I spent one hour waiting to be assisted because 60% of the tills are empty. People here don't want to work they slack around, the iels are empty sales reps are no where to be found. The information desk is another story!! The following day I had to return to pick 'n pay because there were items ommitted from the purchase I made the day before. I had three items, was told the till is closed after standing there for 20min I was the only one there, no sign was placed it is the express till. Then I was directed to another teller who told me to go to the cigarette counter which I did, I got there no greeting NOTHING!! Just sulking (Nombulelo) who said NO you can't pay here, go somewhere else but its three items she said (don't care), I was the only one there! And there it was when even the supervisor (Hazel) at information who didn't even bother when I asked her to intervene, and said (and now what's the problem? Hayi I don't know pay somewhere) what exampe is she showing to her subordinates, if she too cannot acknowledge poor service? I just left! pathetic
