Below is the report submitted previously.
I paid R5000 in full to setlle my account on the 10th March 2012, i was given a discount of R342 at the fourways store. Nothing has been updated and now i am still listed with ITC and WHY??? My account has been inactive since then but i am still in arrears and it appears it's for R342 (supposed discount). I shouldnt have been offered the discount in the 1st place beause it has created more harm than good. I want this sorted it is afferting my credit rating. i want this closed as well.
On the Mon 03/06/2013 Edgars sent an email saying they'll contact me and i followed up and nothing has come out of this. Ref number given 0306130037/GO.
Yesterday i paid off the " suppossed discounted amount of R345" cause i am realy upset and exhausted explaining this.
Please can someone fom EDCON assist with this asap. This is still appears on ITC. Edgars should have long ago updated this for me.
