Disgusting service and poor quality of goods

So disappointed, Homechoice give online shopping a bad name!! No respect, poor service. They tell stories and misinform customers. They don't give a about customer service. I will never deal with them ever again. I received a bad quality appliance, I asked them to collect it and return a new one. 9 days later and they still have not collected. I was told "we prioritise deliveries not collections and we can't guarantee when we will collect". It has taken them so long to fetch that they have now run out of the product I purchased, I will only get a refund in about FOUR weeks' time."

Shocked and disgusted!!!
