I bought 3 fans in December, 2 of them were faulty. i phoned about 5 or 6 times to replace the faulty fans. i eventually took the one to a repair shop to get it fixed and the other one i'm still waiting for homechoice to collect. I will never in my life buy anything from them again. the quality of the products are horrible, i bought the Michigan plasma unit, coffee table set as well last year and the quality was so bad, the wood chip if you just touch the things. I am very disgusted with this company. I want the faulty fan to be collected immediately.
