21 june 2012 I bought couches, the couches was delivered to my house but they were broken. i called Lewis that very same day and they said they will deliver new couched the next day. it is now the 1st of July and i am still sitting with these couches. i also went back to the store and they keep telling me that they will send their people to my house to come and collect the couches. i want a response immediately or i will have to take further steps
