I bought a bed from Geen and Richards in South Gate, on the 18th of July 2013, they delivered and the delivery people my phone. I had left my phone in a drawer in the old bed they were taking out. I was not at home but my kids and my helper were. I reported the case to Baloworld logistic, ellerines and geen and richards. I spoke to Gordon Pringle GM of Ballowrod and Alfred Shangase a senior in ellerines. i requested the names of the 3 delivery guys so I could go open a case with the police. to this day, Ellerines, Balloworld and geen and richards have refused to give me the names. They told me that they will conduct an internal investigation and let me know of the results. 5 weeks later, they told me that all of their guys passed their polygraph test. I have requested to be part of the test, they refused, I requested the results in writing they refused. they told me that their legal department was going to send me a report, guess what. NOTHING. I believe they are protecting their reputational risk by not wanting to admit that their people from me. So how in the world should I buy from them in future if they from me and expect me to just let it be.
