Rama spread for bread 1kg is advertised buy 2 for R47 at all pick and pay supermarkets, hypers and family stores. This was advertised in the Daily News. When we went to purchase the item, the price was R26.99 each with the price label and ticket that Stipulated that. When I enquired with staff and management, they had no knowledge of the advert and claimed that other customers came in with the same request and they insisted that it is only available at the hyper stores. They were not helpful and did Not believe me when I told them that the advert was for all Pick and pay stores, they insisted that I must come back the following day and show them the advert. They Also said that I must look at the advert properly on TV. Also had similar problems in the past at the same store, Advertised Ariel liquid and powder, went to the store and they say they don't stock Ariel powder and did not advertise that.. Yet next day I picked up the powder at the pick 'n pay at the Crescent for the price advertised.
