So I learned the rather unpleasant way about the "technical glitch in the system" when you buy 12 bottles instead of 6... rather confusing and not very customer friendly, but oh well.
On a more professional level, I'm rather disapointed on how Jason handled this situation, by showing with his body language he'd rather choose not to resolve this issue. He just shrugged his shoulders and blamed the system - THAT's THAT! I even offered efficient and more customer friendly solutions, which he just didn't want to hear about. He just doesn't appear like the type of manager who is able to think on his feet and have a knack for making a customer feel completely worthless!
