STERLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I took my mother to the FNB branch King williams' town to register her for cellphone&online banking. There was quite a queue, being the busiest time of the month&in December I was dreading the wait but to my surprise there were staff referring clients to the relevant enquiry departments in a very professional&friendly manner. We were not even there for longer than 10/15 minutes, their driving force is putting the customer first. I am still blown away by how they are extra patient with the elderly&the language is not an issue, clearly the staff has received thorough trainingl.

I just want to THANK YOU ALL, the staff for always being efficient&provide such excellent service. To the cleaners for ALWAYS keeping the branch neat&tidy, the security guards for being so helpful&making them feel comfortable using the ATMs at any time of day&night. Last but not least to the management of that branch thank you for hiring such an excellent team that is friendly, helpful&just brilliant at what they do. You ALL truly hold the FNB values, keep it up! Very proud of you:-)
