On friday 29 Novemeber, I ran into the pick 'n pay in Brackenfel to get a few things for the weekend. On my way out, the bag I was carrying my goods in broke and a bottle of wine dropped out and smashed on the floor. Within seconds, two cleaners showed up and started clearing the glass and spilled wine, followed closely by one of the floor managers. I asked for a new bag which was supplied very quickly, and my broken bag was repacked for me almost before I realized what was going on. They also replaced the broken bottle for me without me even asking for it. Most shops these days would just have shrugged, and this positive attitude of theirs was a very pleasant surprise for me!
I'd like to thank Nora and Tanya (Unfortunately I didn't catch their last names) for their very quick and friendly help and service! Way to go ladies! You've made me a very loyal Pick and Pay customer!
