I visited Cresta Store on the 17 Dec 2013 and Bel Air on the 18 Dec 2013. With the intention to buy one of their advertised garden chairs 7 piece set, for R1999.
Both stores couldn't help me. They did not have stock. On print the promotion ends 24 Dec 2013. I called their head office in Durban spoke to James, who didn't help me in anyway. I am very disappointed at the level of service I got and the lack of urgency and problem solving from stores up to head office level.
