I went to Game Stores in Mitchells Plain on the 3rd January 2014, wanting to purchase a "Core Performer 110" @ R99, 99, as advertised in the latest pamphlet of Game, period 2 - 7th January 2014. To my surprise, I was told that the Item was out of stock. I got home and called each and every Store in Cape Town, some had knowledge of the Core Performer and some staff, just to get rid of me, just said that it was out of stock. On Saturday morning, 4th January 2014 I called to Call Centre and I was told that their Pamphlets are printed 6 months in advance, what a joke.! I called the Head Office and spoke to a Manager called, James Abrahams. This person was totally arrogant and had no intention of assisting me or not even prepared to just answer the question which I had. He told me to call the Regional office and "if there is no stock, then there is no stock". How could a piece of exercise elastic / rope, advertised on page 14, not on sale though, be sold out in each and every store in Cape Town.? I called the Tyger-Valley contact person, Liesle, who was in a meeting, left my number and still no returned call from Liesle. I called the Cape Gate contact
