Why is it that most of the time when Game stores are running a promotion they never have stock of the item?
I am not talking about promotions running for days and stock being sold out, I am talking about same day stuff...
I went to Game EASTGATE to buy a KELVINATOR DISHWASHER but when I got there (the same day the promotion started) they did not have stock.
i WASA ALSO LOOKING FOR A 2tb hard drive for my computer and that was also out of stock so i did buy an alternative one and then insisted that i get a refund of R300 to match the one that was advertised, i literally had to threaten the manager.
Why run promotions when you dont supply your stores with stock before the promotion even starts? To frustrate customers and waste their time and money driving around to your stores??? I asked the manager if he thinks i go shopping to get aggrevated!!! thats is not my intention "shopping should be a pleasant expoerience" but not at Game stores!!! where the sign for customer satisfaction is it should be replaced with customer aggrevation!!! I have called again today with no luck and asked for a HEAD OFFICE NUMBER WITH SOMEONE WITH BRAINS TO TALK TO!!! TREVOR GERSON (UNHAPPY CUSTOMER)
